The Most Important Bits to Know (detailed info below)
- Customer MUST provide content in a timely manner
- You have 3 days to review the content after you are informed it posted
- You can use 3 MAJOR reviews which combined can equal 100% of the content (aka you can change everything once) see below.
- If you want to change information and formatting at a later date you will incur an hourly fee based on scope of work. Our mistakes are fixed free.
- Domain name registration not included in price. For security reasons we advise that you purchase the domain.
- We place a one-line "designed by" link at bottom of all pages
- All Zoom sites come with 24/7/365. If the site is down we will immediately resolve the issue
Pricing based on customer providing written content and images. Customer data submitted will be posted to a test site for review and formatting. Customer will be given 3 business days to review data for accuracy and formatting. All text changes and/or formatting alterations will be submitted in detail to the email address support-at-zoomsalon.com.
Customer will be provided 3 major reviews (during 3 day review period) which 100% of content can be adjusted. After the initial set-up period is complete customer may submit three (3) additional edits that alter a maximum of 20% of the websites content.Customer will have ten (10) business days during which to submit alterations and format changes.
Any alterations or formatting beyond the scope described above will result in an hourly customizing fee.
All prices EXCLUDE private domain name registration. Private domains can be purchased for an additional $12.99 or a shared domain can be used within our systems for FREE. We provide detailed instruction on how to configure your domain name to work within our systems. Any additional consulting or programming associated with setting your domain configuration will result in a charged based on scope of work.
All websites will have complete control of their datafields with the exception of the developer links described below.
Additionally, a copyright and developer link will remain in place in the common footer for all websites with hyperlinking.
All websites shall be monitored, controlled and serviced by us 24/7/365. Customers may transfer their website to an offsite server or new system. Pricing for such a transfer will vary based on the scope of the website design.
